Rickety Bridge and Ragedy Newspaper Stand

This clip on/ snap in bridge is so scary to me it seems like it was put
up overnight and I just don't trust the way it looks.

The newspaper stand needs an upgrade bad! All the other Kiosks in the
area are chrome colored and fancy, that's the only reason who this one
in particular stood out and caught my attention.
